Most diamond painting kits are delivered within approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on the product and delivery location. Custom diamond painting kits are made to order, so they require production time before shipping. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel.

Yes, we offer free shipping Australia-wide on eligible orders. Shipping details will also be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The best photos for a custom diamond painting kit are clear, bright, and high resolution. Photos with good lighting, sharp details, and a clear main subject usually produce the best result. If your photo has multiple people, small faces, lots of background detail, or is quite blurry, choosing a larger canvas size will usually give a better result.

For custom photo diamond paintings, larger sizes usually give better detail. Smaller canvases can work well for simple images, pets, logos, or close-up portraits, but detailed photos often need a larger size. As a general guide, we recommend 60x45cm or larger for the best result when ordering a custom diamond painting from a photo.

Each diamond painting kit includes everything you need to get started, including: printed adhesive canvas colour-coded resin diamonds/drills diamond painting pen tray wax instructions Custom kits also include your chosen image printed onto the canvas.

If your kit is missing diamonds, drills, or another item, please contact us with your order number and details of what is missing. We’ll help organise a solution so you can complete your diamond painting.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. For standard diamond painting kits, we may be able to help if the order has not yet been processed. For custom diamond painting kits, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started, as the kit is made specifically from your uploaded photo.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email. You can use this tracking link to follow your delivery. If you haven’t received tracking or need help finding your order update, please contact us with your order number.
